When I recently started watching Pushing Daisies, I thought it sounded like a bit like a book on tape. My wife thought so too.  Then I realized the narrator is Jim Dale who narrated all the Harry Potter books.

Got My Axe Back

Funny thing happened the other day when I was watching Yes Man. When Luis Guzman is on the ledge threatening to jump and Jim Carey picks up a guitar and plays Jumper made me realize I want to start playing the guitar again. So I walked over to my parent's and grabbed both of my guitars and sat down and learned to play Jumper. Nice thing was I remembered quite a bit from when I last played before Kennedy was born 11 years ago.

Apocalypse Now

Every now and then I start thinking about the impending zombie apocalypse. Especially on nights like this when the sky is fill of dark clouds and the wind is whipping around like it wants to destroy everything in it's path. It's happened often enough through the years that tonight I realized I have a pretty solid plan.
